All returned items must be back to our warehouse within 30 business days of the customer receiving the order. Anything received to our warehouse after 30 business days will be denied. Returns must be unworn, unwashed, and have all original tags attached. Returned items that appear to have been worn, washed, stained or smell of smoke OR perfume the return will be refused.
There are certain items that cannot be accepted, the following are non-returnable:
Final Sale Items such as, hair accessories/hats/earrings/necklaces/rings. Due to hygienic purposes, there will be NO EXCEPTIONS on these items. Product details will state if an item is final sale.
Items returned that are over the 30 business days allotted.
Processing Time: Once we receive your return it can take 3-6 business days for it to be processed and for store credit to be added onto your customer account. Be sure to make a customer account before sending it back. You will be emailed by our returns department once your store credit has been added to your account.
Damaged Items: If you believe you have received a damaged item, you have 7 days (including weekends) to contact us about the damage. DO NOT send it back. Email firstname.lastname@example.org with pictures and a description of the damage, and be sure to include a picture of your invoice as well!
Steps to Return Items:
Make sure all of the items you are returning follow the guidelines of our return policy.
Ship back using whichever shipping method you prefer, since you will be covering the shipping costs. (we do not cover shipping costs)
Please allow 4-7 business days for your return to be processed.
Item or items must be unworn and unaltered with the original tag still attached.
